Bed Material for Fluidized Boilers

Jainco Bed Material is a Low Ferric – High Temperature – Aluminous Refractory product processed from selected super heat duty refractory aggregates of moderate alumina contents neutral in chemical nature of highly dense texture. It is apposite to sustain technical properties for fluidization at high temperatures up to 1300°C under most critical working conditions. The products’ particle size distribution is designed with special attention to its very uniqueness and service necessities. It also has a very high productivity and many special attributes that make it a transcendent material for AFBC & CFBC Boilers with the optimum scale of economy.

Special Characteristics

The smooth operational properties and extensive particle life of the material results in low down time.

It is highly economical in use in comparison to materials processed from low temperature ceramic waste and high silica base materials.

Increases efficiency and life span of boiler tubes as well as refractory lining.

The material is most suitable for recycling in certain conditions on account of its very special feature of high refractoriness and dense texture.
