INSULATION BRICKS
JAINCO’s hot face Insulation Bricks are the products made from pre-determined grains of suitable plastic clay base. The hot face bricks are fired at high temperatures of 13500 C for high refractoriness. This makes these bricks an excellent medium to prevent heat losses associated with thermal processes and accumulated heat by solid brick-work. These bricks are suitable for direct exposure to the heat and are manufactured in accordance with IS: 2042/1972 specifications.
Special Characteristics:
• Low ferric as iron contents are below 2.5 %.
• Acidic in chemical nature.
• Highly resistant to thermal shocks.
• Eliminates carbon deposits.
• Prevents brick failure at high temperatures.
• Increases life of brick lining to great extent.
• Can withstand high temperatures upto 13000 C.
